Heavy duty bread tin

I started making a loaf bread using those banana cake tin - when I transited to using a real loaf bread tin, the bread always turn out gummy. It might have to do with a higher loaf tin, but I was hoping for a higher loaf when I make the transition. I just have to find a way to get along with this new bread loaf tin.

Hi there! It sounds like you’re navigating the switch to a taller loaf tin. Gummy bread can definitely happen if the baking time or temperature isn’t adjusted for the higher tin. Try giving it a bit more time in the oven and maybe lowering the heat slightly to let it bake through evenly. With a little tweaking, you’ll get that taller, perfectly baked loaf in no time! - Ariane

Exceeded expectations

I was a little surprised at how light weight this pan was when I got it but it works perfectly to make a lovely sandwich loaf. Good heat transfer all over.
