These beautiful bow handle bread knives have been hand made by multiple Australian woodworkers - @theleurabodger in the Blue Mountains, and Greg Faure in Tasmania. Both makers use local wood to handcraft their bow knives and the end result is really amazing.

They work a little bit different to a normal bread knife - check out the video of us using the sharp serrated knife on a fresh loaf. Makes light work of a crusty sourdough loaf, and can cut super thin slices compared to a normal bread knife!

Best knife for my bread

I purchased this knife after coming off second best with my regular knife (many bandaids and cuts later). This knife is easy to use and cuts the perfect slices. I’m so pleased I purchased it.
