This Danish dough whisk is extremely easy to hold, and makes mixing all your ingredients together a breeze! It has a wooden handle, and a stainless steel whisk to ensure longevity.
Using this whisk is much faster and easier than using a spoon, as it has wide spaces to let the dough push through whilst incorporating any dry flour left in the bowl.

A novice sourdough baker, I found You Knead searching for a lame and ended up buying some other bits. The lame is fantastic, but an even more useful piece of kit is the Danish Dough Hook. So good for stirring the dough while it's still coming together. It's much sturdier than it appears online. Next to an oven, starter and flour, this is the most useful tool I have for baking. Highly recommended.
