I have purchased quite a few items from You Kneed sourdough and each item has been strong, durable and well made. The shipping is fast and straightforward as well. My favourite items are the slim cast iron bread ovens. It helps me make enough bread each week to share with family and friends as I can fit two at a time In my small home oven. Sometimes up to 10 a week. I’ve loved olive and herb sourdough lately.
