I recently bought a cast iron slim line Dutch oven, and I finally baked a beautifully risen sourdough in it! There was a detailed instructions for how to season the Dutch oven, and it was very helpful. I also bought a focaccia tray, spatula, banneton and wooden bread lame. The spatula was slim and great for scraping the sourdough starter in a jar. The bread lame came with spare razors and a cover. It scored the bread beautifully. I haven’t used the focaccia tray yet, but it looks like a good depth for baking it, and I’m excited to bake one in it!
The slimline spatula is wonderful as it allows me to easily scrape my doughs from my tall proofing container. Didn’t know how much I needed this in my baking life until I had one.
This is a great item for managing the sourdough started and cleaning the jars etc
